Except for solo, we open the door around 15 seconds, sometimes at 14 seconds. Your strat is literally to waste 3-4 seconds. I'm trying to figure out where you got 18.76 for my World Record run when I clearly opened the door at 15 seconds.

As for making a category, Loud would be one, but that'd have to wait for a Category Extension where it would be focused on, since Stealth will mostly If not always be the fastest method.
Mixed exists for specific things. If you do the entire mission stealthily but go loud as you escape, you still did everything stealthily. To get mixed, you'd have to do some of the objectives in stealth and the rest in loud but this can only really be done on King Street.
Also it doesn't affect your placement so...
There's no split file for the game yet, and I'm not smart enough to make one, but only the timer is needed anyway.
The endscreen time is what you'd put in the In-game time section for the submission page
That wouldn't work either. The Raw footage doesn't have what's needed and an edited video isn't allowed. A run must be recorded within 5 seconds (of in game timer) of spawning, and end with the time visible from endscreen. The run must be raw with 0 editing so submitting both raw and edited wouldn't be allowed. I'd recommend doing the run again and shoot for a better time than what you got to make it worth while.
Submitted videos must be raw footage, so you can't edit your run. As for multiple POVs, It's better for everybody record on their own and upload it, then submit all links together. However normal categories such as Deposit Duo Random Seed only needs one POV, but something like Deposit Duo RS Genocide would be recommended to have multiple POVs to make it easier to prove it.

Depends on what kind of stall it is for it to be counted as glitchless
Stalls where you keep enemies in one spot by having them continually shoot at you isn't a glitch, that's just bad game design by Cish. As for stalls where you get them stuck in one spot and leave to go do the mission without them moving, is what would be considered a glitch. In regards of the severe ones you listed, those are considered gliches.
100% does include Concept. 100% is every mission in the game. There's literally a split specifically when Concept was added lol
