Coaction drift (http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Coaction_Drift) is what your looking for, its not needed for speedrunning at all. Just take nova for speedrunning solo and put escape velocity in exilus. Theres nothing faster than instantaneous travel with portals.

Yeah, I think its quite good for speedrunning, since it has some tiles that are always the same, but also some randomized tiles thrown into the mix. :D
