no the speed display is not allowed, do not use it in a run, it will not be verified. This is due to the speed display making certain tricks easier

I'm not sure how to verify this one because you're getting script errors. It's saying omm rebirth has script errors but I wonder if its really omm that has it or not what mods are you using besides omm rebirth? in future when you get script errors I would recommend pressing Ctrl+F1 to open the in game console, and take a screenshot of that, and sending it to the developer of the mod
