Is this submittable for No Major Glitches?
In the Suburbs, my friend accidentally bugged the big guy between some bushes and we're not sure if it is or not a major glitch. When I found out, I unbugged it (and died), but however it has been there some time. We would like to know if we can submit this run for "No Major Glitches" or it would be rejected.

Unpreventable glitches are allowed. But only if we can assume that it was an accident. F.E : Clump spawning/falling into water in clump areas
No Major Glitches rules revamp
No Major Glitches rules were updated to include all disallowed glitches instead of all allowed glitches. Hopefully that makes this category less confusing. Also running with TVs in Level 188 Expanded is allowed with these new rules.
