Tool: (NTSC) Main Category Retiming Tool

This tool allows for retiming Any%, Warpless, and 1 Warp times using Bowser patterns, Minus World Ending runs using -3 speeds, and 8-4 IL runs using information from the SMB practice ROM. Based off of scalpel's excellent Warpless Retiming spreadsheet.
Requirements for High-Level Any% Runs
Any% (NTSC) runs below 4:57.000 must now fulfill additional requirements in order to be verified.
