This run is a 21 improvement over the previous no L+R TAS for this category thanks to a more efficient clip in 4-2 that saved 1 frame over the previous TAS, allowing the lightning 4-2 frame rule to be saved with 0 frames to spare. In the previous TAS, it was believed that lightning 4-2 was IMPOSSIBLE to achieve pacifist without L+R by 1 ONE FRAME but it turns out that the BLAZIT clip is faster than. PLEASE, HOW DO I SUBMIT THIS RUN? In the event of a speed tie for movement, this TAS would make the move the maximizes my score.

Firstly, you cannot submit this run to any leaderboard as they are all for RTA submissions, secondly this isn't the "TAS WR" (which shouldn't even be a term IMO, TAS's are not a competitive environment they are a collaborative environment), as Bruhmoment and SMBistic have already published a 4:54.964 Pacifist TAS to YouTube:
