The Blend Eye has been blended... repeatedly. This started as a 15.4 or something but I kept seeing room for little optimisations and for a run this short I decided to just go for it.
Blend Eye runs have three major bottlenecks: The charge speed of the instawhip, the Blend Eye's phase transition and the item roulette wheel. You can't pull a Gachabom instantly, there seems to be a safety catch to prevent instant accidentally pulling items you might not want. That'd be fine were the Gachabom not the first thing on the roulette here.
