1. Grab the table
2. While still holding it press Esc
3. Let go of the prop while in the pause menu
4. Move away from the prop and try grab thin air.
5. The prop should launch towards your cursor and boost you if it hits you

This glitch is one of the easiest to do. First, you grab on to the table (or an item of your choosing). Then you hit Esc or whatever you bound the pause menu too whilst still holding on to the item. After that, you let go of the item whilst still in the menu.

Pressing escape again will put you back in the game and the white trail from you holding the item will still be there. Then if you move a way maybe 3 jumps max. You can press your left mouse button (or whatever holding is bound too) and retrieve the table at hyper speed. If you do this correctly and just slap your back with the table, you will be sent flying.
