Hi I requested a new game to be uploaded and they reviewed it in the same day. They told me to resubmit it on a google forms and canceled the ticket. It's been some time now and I don't know how I am supposed to know if the request has been accepted or cancelled.
When you're trying to submit a game that belongs to a series, you usually need to go though that series' moderator(s) instead of support hub to request the game.
What series was that game in which you were trying to request?
And have you already submitted a request to those series' moderator(s)? Since if you already have, then you should ask those moderator(s).
Oh that might be the issue. I suppose the series would be Roblox. How would I submit it?

Also in the Roblox Series Discord, there's an annocement channel about which games are added. There's also a document about which games are added and rejected I think
