Rivatuner hotkeys to lock fps are not working while in game. Any fix?

Also LiveSplit hotkeys dont work in game

For RivaTuner, make sure you click the checkmark beside hotkeys.dll.

For Livesplit, make sure global hotkeys is on in your settings.

after trying some fixs and not gdoing anything , i solved it doing a reinstall of msi and rivatuner
